Last November I described how to search for opinions that address circuit splits using LexisNexis, Westlaw, and Google Scholar. While the commercial vendors offer powerful search features and many other bells and whistles that make conducting legal research much easier than it used to be, there is a lag time between the date on which an opinion is released and the date on which it appears on Lexis/Westlaw/Google.
