I really like Kevin Walsh's blog (linked below). Professor Walsh teaches at the University of Richmond Law School and formerly clerked for Justice Scalia and Fourth Circuit Judge Niemeyer. Lately, he has been posting a lot about health care and Catholic law, some of his other interests, but the bread-and-butter of his blog is the Fourth Circuit. He frequently includes case summaries, which are excellent.
